AR: Night Sky

Reach for the stars.

Step into a virtual planetarium and start exploring stars, constellations, satellites, and more. With Night Sky, you’ll see the orbit of a planet or moon, and examine detailed models of some of our cosmos’ most captivating astronomical objects.

Try it.

Apply it.

  • Discover your own asterism. Take a screenshot, then use the Markup tools and Apple Pencil to connect the dots and draw a symbolic or mythological figure.

  • Create a presentation or video in Keynote about the life stages of a star using screenshots and screen recordings. Choose a constellation that’s currently above the horizon, and name a star from each stellar evolution stage to describe in your presentation.
