Collaboration features in Numbers let you invite others to edit and contribute to a spreadsheet in real time. You can ask a colleague for feedback on your work, plan a project collaboratively, or keep others informed with a view‑only spreadsheet.
Invite others to collaborate. Tap Share 
in the toolbar. Make sure you’re signed in to your Apple Account, and the spreadsheet you want to share is stored in iCloud Drive.
Choose share options. Tap below Collaborate to set who can access and edit the spreadsheet.
After choosing the options you want, choose how you’d like to send your invitation, then send it.
Tap Collaboration Details 
to see who has been invited and who is currently editing or viewing the spreadsheet. You can also change access and permissions from here using the Manage Shared Spreadsheet settings.
Navigate directly to where a collaborator is working in the document. Tap the dot next to the person’s name.
Invite colleagues to collaborate on a project. Create a new spreadsheet, send your invitation, then ask contributors to combine notes and add ideas to improve the project’s design.
Get real-time feedback during a presentation. Invite viewers to collaborate on a shared spreadsheet and ask them to add questions and comments while you present.
With the Comments feature, you can leave notes for others to read and reply to throughout your spreadsheet. Try adding comments to text, objects, and even cells in a table.
